Multimode OM3 50/125m Duplex Fiber Patch Cord
NPR fiber optic patch cords are manufactured in compliance with international standards, with Low insertion loss, High return loss, good repeatability & excellent environmental adaptability.
Multimode type fiber cables generally used for short distance transmission. OM3 supports bandwidth of 10Gigabit Ethernet for distances upto 300 meters and 40 Gigabit / 100 Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 meters. Standard colour of patch cords comes in Aqua with light brown/white connectors at both ends. Connector types vary FC/SC/ST/LC/MU/MT-RJ/MPO/ ESCON/E2000 with ferrule interface types of PC, UPC and APC. Comes in both Duplex & Simplex with user defined lengths.
Applications of OM3 fiber optic patch cords: Datacenters, CCTV, LAN etc.

Since the attenuation of OM4 is lower than OM3 fiber and the bandwidth of OM4 is higher than OM3, the transmission distance of OM4 is longer than OM3. Details are shown in the table below.
